Data Removal Request

What data we hold

Free Startup Funding Database maintains a directory of investors and venture fund managers to help founders find funding. This information is aggregated from publicly available government filings (such as SEC Form D) and other public sources. It may include names, firm affiliations, and professional contact details drawn from those records.

How removal works

If you are an individual referenced on our platform, or a representative acting on their behalf, you can ask us to remove your information. When we receive a verified request, we remove the data from our database and suppress it against future rebuilds so it is not re-added when we refresh from public sources.

Submit a removal request

To help us locate your record and verify your request, please include:

• Your full name as it appears on our platform
• An email address we can respond to
• The URL of the listing or page containing your information (if known)

Removing cached search results

Once we remove a page, it may still appear temporarily in search engine results until the search engine re-crawls the page. We cannot control copies cached or indexed by third parties. If a removed page still shows up in Google, you can speed up its removal using Google's Remove Outdated Content tool.
